I bought my Tundra a Leer topper from A&A 5 years ago. The main reason I initially decided on them was price. They were several hundred dollars less than the closest dealers to me (I live in the Vail Valley). What I got from them was so much more than just a topper that looked great and functioned as I wanted. The level of service from ANYONE BEHIND THE COUNTER is OUTSTANDING! I have told them this each and every time I had been in for the most minor things. The very first "issue" I had with my topper had nothing to do with its manufacturing or installation....I had recently adopted my black lab Biggie and he just so happens to be very smart....so smart he figured out how to open the topper from inside the bed....WHAT!!!??? It took me several times to realize I had not left the topper open myself. The reality set in as I drove down to Denver and watched my 8 month old puppy swat at the cable that attaches to the latches....then attempt to climb out...at 65mph....!!! I drove directly to A&A thinking I would have to get a different topper that did not have the cable..... I walked in, explained what had happened and the guy said "oh I know what we can do, you aren't the first customer who has had the smartest dog on the planet!" Without hesitation he had a solution, installed a barrier and at the same time re-wired the brake light so it couldn't be chewed again (I hadn't even noticed Biggie had done that as well) they did and fixed it. I have been black to replace a few worn parts and every time it is a while you wait fix. Never EVER is there a question or delay. I tell them every time that they should be the platinum standard example of how customer service should be done.
Tony is great! Got a great price on a new topper for my older truck. It looks newer now! Anyway, there's way more than toppers here- already a few things in mind for holidays. One observation from a terminally-frugal diy-girl: everything here adds function and value to hard-working trucks!
