We previously had rated this company fairly low, mainly due to a lack of response about the final accounting from the owner AFTER the job was done. The owner finally came over to our house and went over the accounting with us, clearing up our confusion over a few item. During the project, Joel Nelson (the owner of Trust) was very responsive to our questions. Our basement looks great and Joel made some suggestions (that didn't cost extra) that made it a wonderful place for our family to be together.
