Outstanding Service Always - Gina at the Lancome counter went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me - I am new mom headed for a business trip this weekend and I ran out of my favorite foundation - she scoured the earth to find me one to put in my hands in time for my trip... Totally exceeded my expectations. I am also always thrilled with Cece at the Benefit Brown Bar - Best Brows of my life. Not to mention she takes her time and provides first rate focus and service. This team keeps me feeling good all the time. Can't say enough about them all!

Brandy and Deseri are the worst employees this place has! Love Ulta and will not let them ruin it for me but I will for sure stay away from these ladies if possible. I’ve seriously seen fast food workers take there job more seriously and give better customer service then these ladies.
