What in the world could possibly be going on at this post office, for them to keep people on hold for over an hour for a simple question? Why do i have to spend 2 hours on the phone to see if they have been holding my mail, since it is obviously not being placed in my mailbox. RIDICULOUS!

Another package that says delivered, just not to the right address apparently. Filed a missing mail complaint a month ago and haven't heard anything back. Had to put my mail on hold so I can pick it up myself. Not sure what the long term solution is if they can't fix their problems.
