Urban Mattress Centennial

We found Urban Mattress on Yelp and were impressed by the number of five-star, rave reviews about their products and service. After a bad experience with a W Hotels mattress we purchased online--which wasn't at all like the one they use in their hotels--we wanted to make sure we got something just right for us. Steve and Jonny helped answer all our questions, gave us great advice and information about the construction of their mattresses, and allowed us all the time we needed to try them out. When we got one home that after a few weeks we realized was a little too soft for us, they swapped it out without any hassle for a firm one. It was the most pleasant shopping experience for a major purchase that I've ever had. Urban Mattress lives up to its five-star ratings on Yelp and Google.

I came into urban mattress about a month ago just browsing for a mattress. I spoke with the owner Steve and he was extremely helpful and didn’t pressure me to buy a mattress. I found the bed I wanted and came back a month later and bought it. Amazing customer service.
