Verizon Authorized Retailer – GoWireless

The guys working there are worthless. Verizon is now buffering everyone, so if your not on unlimited data, expect it. Coverage is also now spotty, which used to be great.

My experience at this store could not have been better. Tim was pleasant from the time I walked in until the time Ieft, a satisfied customer. I will make this authorized Verizon store at 675 So. Lincoln my hometown store from here on out. Thanks Tim for your help.

These guys are more than willing to sell you a phone but if you need ANYTHING done after that don't expect them to lift. Have gone in twice since buying two phones from them Jason has "served" us both times. Once to put on a cracked screen in which we had bought the warranty. After attempting to put on the cover he told us we may want to try another store. Today we went back in because my wife's phone didn't work properly and he had an attitude of indifference. We went to another store in town and they were more than willing to make some changes to her settings and describe to us our options if the phone didn't work. Go to the Verizon store in town. So I guess your invite to email or call is just as bad as the service you provide. Have sent you an email wit no return call. Terrible.
