I was recently in CO on vacation and my phone died the very first day. Tried to get some help from the Verizon folks in Pueblo...no luck. But when I visited this store, Aaron did a fantastic job of trying to help me through the problem. Rather than force me to purchase a phone on the spot he gave me a 'loaner'. A great example of helping the customer through his problem. Excellent job, excellent customer service!
