Vics Gold Panning

Wanted to take our Minecraft obsessed son out for a good time. Panning for gold seemed like a good time. The location is right off 119, just after mile marker 5. The guys working there are so helpful, teaching us the basics of panning, what to look for in our pans, and telling us about the mine itself. There are tours available if you want to go check it out. They cooked up some lunch for us as well. It was a great experience, our son loved it.
