I've lived here for 2 years and have really enjoyed it. The office staff changed many many times but I really like the current management. They seem to send little update emails every week about things going on around property and have started doing a couple resident events each month, which is really nice.
Some utilities you pay with rent but it takes a few months for them to show up. I remember when it first came through and I was really confused but the office printed out a breakdown for me so I knew what was going on. Though sometimes the bills don't come on time each month, but I almost always pay online and that's always up to date with what I owe (though it doesn't tell you line by line what you're paying for, but again, I've never had a problem with the office telling me what everything is).
Last summer, I guess the city was doing inspections so they were in and out of my apartment a lot. It was a little annoying but it wasn't the property's fault. Maintenance has always taken care of things within a day or two but nothing major has happened in my apartment so I can't attest to anything other than a stopped up dishwasher or light bulb going out.
Considering rent in Denver/Westminster/all other cities in the area, it's really not bad at all. I plan to stay here until I get a house sometime later this year.
