Convenient location, all the equipment you would need, atmosphere is much better than any chain like 24hr or gold's (i.e. not filled with meat-heads or people looking to hookup), pricing is lower than anywhere else as well. Only con would be no pool or hot tub. I recommend for anyone looking for no nonsense gym
