I was traveling from Minnesota to Moab, Utah when my motorhome with a Cat engine died pulling from the fuel pumps. It would not restart until starting fluid was used. It died one other time along the way. Paul in their field service department gave me the best customer service I have ever had in my 46 years. I am not an experienced diesel/motorhome owner so was quite stressed to say the least, by the time I got to Moab. While on the phone from Moab, he spent well over an hour walking me through things to try and problems to rule out. To be safe I wanted a mechanic to come look at it so I had some assurance that I could drive it back home without damaging the engine. The mechanic (whose name I'm forgetting, sorry) was also incredible. He too spent a lot of time with me doing different diagnostics and trying different things to get the problem to occur again. He ruled out the severe problems that could have been occurring and ok'ed me to drive it home. The problem couldn't be fixed in the field but I was very happy with the piece of mind they gave me and the time they spent with me for a very reasonable price when it came time to pay. I made it home safe and Paul called me to follow-up and make sure I was home ok. Who does that anymore?? Excellent customer service!! I wish I lived closer to them so I could have them fix my issue.
