All employees certainly need more training especially in verifying who is eligible for what insurances. I have NEVER had my prescriptions done correct the first time!! I could have paid alot of extra money I did not have to because of this!! Luckily, I am one of the few that know what to ask because I can catch what is not correct. I can not imagine just how much the older folks have been overcharged because they do not know and your associates have not done their jobs or have the knowledge to do their jobs right. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES, the older folks would greatly appreciate it!! By the way, my older parents are included. I have corrected several times, your employees. I would not like to have to call the Better Business Bureau because this continues to happen. Also, please come back to the phone and let your callers know it will be awhile or please call back and do not let us just WAIT and no one ever comes to the phone as I just did!! I just finally hung up!
