These people are so incredibly lazy. Been coming here for several months now because it's close to my work. The people are friendly and accommodating, but their interest in doing good work is severely lacking. Most of their employees are teenagers and young adults- sometimes they can do a fantastic job. More often than not, however, they fail to get things right. They barely wet the car by hand before it's sent through the automated brushes which can cause scratches to the paint if the car is really dirty, many times they've even left chunks of dirt in the wheel wells. They hand dry your car when it comes out of the wash, but this is mediocre at best. They've left soap suds, lint, and dirt. They don't get in the crevices of the wheels or wipe the grill bezel which is clearly dirty still. Today, they polished the tires on only ONE side of the car and left mud in the door sills. I'm seriously considering cancelling my membership with this company. I'm not paying $20 for this level of work.
