The teller Acacia is a very sweet and professional person. However, her manager is not. Every time there is some small override necessary like a waiving of the $10 Certified check fee, her manager shakes her head no and says, "I'm not going to do that." I'm done here despite that I have done business here for years and the previous manager was great.
