Service when applying for an auto loan was truly awful. Despite my going into the branch in person about 4 times and sending emails asking what I needed to do next, the process dragged on for nearly two weeks before I finally withdrew. Each time I went in they needed a more clear photo of my ID or something arbitrary that they hadn't bothered to call and ask for. And, as mentioned before, impossible to get through to direct lines.
