Just after Christmas, we went into this store to purchase new pans. We had $$ to spend. We decided on what we wanted and found an associate to help us. After checking their inventory, the associate and other associates, went on a search for the product we were looking to purchase. After 15 min of looking, the associate came back to tell us that they were still looking for the product. After another 6-7 min, the product was located by ANOTHER associate and we paid the $600 for the cookware and thought we were done. Another associate brought up the fact that the set we were purchasing included a BONUS BUY and we would not have known without the 3rd associate speaking up. Fast forward to today, and us looking for the Hot Wok Pro model that is exclusive to WS. We were in the store and helped by an associate that verified that they had 2 in stock. Again the hunt was on for the elusive piece of cookware. After waiting while it was searched for, the associate returned to tell us that again they were unable to find the product in the store, other than the floor model, but she would be happy to order it for us and have it delivered for free. Well, according to the website, shipping is free, so nothing gained for us. We left after another 15-20 min of people searching for an item that we were not able to purchase. We were not asked if we wanted the floor model for a reduced price (not unless it was really worth it) and the associate who "might" have known where to look was busy helping another customer. What?!? If your inventory shows you have it, why can it not be found? This was something that we came specifically to the store for, which for us is a 35 min trip down the Mountain in Colorado, not something that we do on just a whim in January. I am truly disappointed in this store, but WS in general that the only two times that I have even been in their store, I have been disappointed. I will wait and get the item from a store in Metro Detroit area where I will hopefully be able to get it shipped to my home, if not, I will not do business with WS.
