This place is horrible , nelly or netty in the office is horrible and unhelpful , this place has recently been taken over by a different company and they are rude, had issues with roaches infesting the building and apartment , even though the apartment is spotless and always well kept due to poor maintence on the buildings residence are left with disgusting conditions ,
