Yoga Junction

I did Bikram Yoga at a certified studio for about a year, and decided to go back to the more traditional styles of yoga. One of my favorite things about the change is the variety of postures and asanas the classes offer. I found the variety is more challenging and actually deepens the practice more, because you are approaching postures from many different angles. Unlike a Bikram studio, the instructors do not push the yoga memberships on you, which is really nice. Conversely, I am more compelled to stay with this studio because it is more about yoga and less about the business of the studio. Finally, the instructors are friendly, passionate about yoga, and extremely knowledgable. They are what you would hope from an instructor.
