Scheduled our move 3 weeks in advance with a deposit. One hour before our move was scheduled, I received a phone call that they could only send 1 of the 3 movers. A second mover may show up 2 hours later but I would be charged only $10 less an hour.. I said I was okay with 2 movers but not paying that high rate for one. Then they cancelled my move all together.
Very inconvenient and could not find another moving company since it was July 29th and a big moving day for them all.
