They refuse to deliver packages to my apartment claiming at some point in the past kids broke a key to the package box. When I call to ask them about any packages they have less than decent customer service. I have asked multiple times to start delivering packages to our apartments but the carrier refuses. If I could give them negative stars I would.
On top of them not delivering packages I have clearly labeled our mailbox with the names of who live in the home and they continuously deliver mail with prior tenants addresses.
