Tried paying fines a total of three times now. Turned in three separate sheets of paper with my info on it and recieved not one single call back from the lady who handles the fines. She works maybe 3 days a week and is on vacation two of those three days so good luck paying your fines. Luckily it is an electronic world so I will pay them online. However the frustration brought forth about this is immense. Again another salary wasted through Brookfield's dollars. Thank you ma'am for none of your help and all your efforts at not doing your job duties. Every aspect of this process has been amazing with exception to you. I work a full time job which means I cannot go to courts everyday to try and make your schedule so next time a paper crosses your desk with pertinent and critical information on it: do me a favor, and do your job.
