Chick-fil-A

I've generally had good service at this location, and it's typically clean and efficient. However, several times I have placed an online order through the app and have not received all of the items I ordered, including orders of fries and, most recently, a fruit cup that was supposed to be a "customer appreciation" freebie. Unfortunately, we've been in a rush to get somewhere or bring the order home (which is why we chose mobile ordering in the first place), and did not identify these issues until we were already home or to our destination. Not life shattering, but it has contributed to an average experience, which is reflected in this average rating.

Very friendly service! Food was as good as always. Every staff member was interacted with was especially friendly, and helpful with our requests.

The food was good and service was good. However, a lady took my cup to get a refill. She then picked up cups at other tables. When she came back with my refill, my Coke tasted like tea, with Coke mixed in. I think, in one of the other cups, they were drinking tea. The lady got the cup mixed up and filled Coke on with the other persons tea and then gave it to me. I'm not 100% this is what happened but I have no other explanation. I'll come back but I'll be taking my cup to the counter for a refill, going forwards.
