Double A Security

Two days in a row I took a couple hours off from work in the morning waiting for the locksmith to show up for my 8-9 appointment. The first day when they didn't arrive by 9:30 I called and was told my appointment was actually 11 am so I rescheduled for the next day from 8-9am thinking it was just a miscommunication and because I had to get to work. Stayed home in the morning the next day and again 9:30 rolls by and no locksmith. I call and was told "he could head over in just a minute" but since I had to get to work I had to cancel. The people on the phone were nice but they don't seem to care about your time or meeting scheduled appointments.
