Can 't talk about the performance, but I can speak to service. Because of other work commitments, Jeremy had to reschedule. I was disappointed, but upfront communications and taking ownership counts so we changed the date. After taking a day off work, I find out he can't come after tracking him down. I'm then dumb enough to reschedule to a weekend for another no-show. My bad, but don't make the same mistake. Obviously our business meant nothing to him, my PTO doesn't count and of course, I had to pay a change fee to our delivery guy because I have to paint myself after waiting a month for a guy that didn't have the decency to admit he wouldn't show up.
