They need a better system in place for customer service. Came in for a simple break adjustment at 1150 am its 1230 and they have yet to even touched the bike with only one other customer in store. The other customer came in after myself but had been occupying multiple individuals time. This is just poor service. Good price. Nice guy. Bad customer service skills. I hate giving bad reviews but I wouldn’t want another person to deal with this as well and I also want the management to fix the issue at hand.
