1 Dec 23, 2017 Colton Carroll Dr "O" did not know what FSA (flex spending account) was. Any question I asked seemed to be a major inconvenience. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a Dr. Pharmacy did not have my prescription. The office had to "resend" it.
