I made the mistake of booking a cheap hotel online. When I got to the hotel, I realized that I was in a very dangerous neighborhood, there was a drug deal going down in the parking lot, and I was approached by a man in the parking lot. There were prostitutes in the lobby, and the room was disgusting. I couldn't get in touch with the site I booked through, so I called Shirley at Dream Vacations. She not only got me a BETTER hotel in less than 30 minutes, but she walked me through how to get a refund for the other hotel. Not only that, she stayed on the phone with me while I got out of there.
