Lori did an amazing job selling my property. She went above and beyond and did things i didn't expect from a real estate agent. For example she dealt one on one with my tenant (who wasn't the easiest person to deal with) so that I didn't have to. She was able to get me 2 offers both over the selling price within 1 day!. When the first one started asking for too much, like hiring a contractor to inspect and alter my patio, she politely told her we have multiple offers and what she was asking was just too much. We ended up going with the back up offer to save me stress and time. I highly recommend Lori and Walter Reality, I will definitely be using them when I buy my next house.
